Compassionately deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff. Provide and support the Hospital’s delivery of quality family-centered patient care, Research’s advancement of new discoveries and pediatric treatments and the Foundation’s charitable donor programs, boutiques, and events. The Security Officer is also responsible for identifying, documenting, and communicating safety and risk issues that may impact the operation and reputation of the organization. The role will perform a variety of security, safety and service support activities as delegated by the management team including but not limited to service call (SC), entrance coordination (SEC), emergency department operations (ED), security operations center support (SOCS), patient watch (SPWO), valet, Ronald McDonald support (RMH), off-site security support (OSS), lot patrol (LP) guest services (GS), special events support (SES).
