Whether you are seeking a per diem, contract, or direct hire position, an Express Healthcare Professionals Staffing Consultant will work with you to find the healthcare position you desire.
Per Diem: Per Diem, or “per day,” includes employment/payment based on a day-to-day basis rather than a full-time position. Per Diem clinicians often fill in for absent nurses and are on an on-call basis. Shifts are often irregular and clinicians have the option of accepting or denying an assignment based on their schedules.
Contract: The Express Healthcare Professionals team can place clinical staff in local contract opportunities that range from four- to 26-weeks. Our contract positions may be eligible for a variety of perks, including:
- Up to $40/week insurance or travel benefit paid for all staff
- Completion bonus opportunities
- Non-tax stipends for qualified staff
- Guaranteed assignments that can extend up to one year
