Job Description:
As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. Your duties will include:
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Documenting patient care
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Providing education and support to patients and families
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical surgical nursing
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
