Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The TELE Nurse is responsible for caring for patients who need special monitoring, sometimes this includes patients recently released from the Intensive Care Unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a TELE Nurse your duties include:

  • Administering prescribed medications and use life measuring equipment.
  • Reviewing data produced from various medical equipment and act upon findings.
  • Providing updates to the patient and their family members about their condition.
  • Educating patients about the different ways to adapt to major lifestyle changes.

 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

One year of experience as a TELE Nurse within the past two years.

  • Active Nursing License in good standing.
  • Current Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
  • Negative Drug Screen.
