Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months Medication Aide, NA or Caregiver experience – within 24 months
Completion of accredited Nurse Aide program
Current CPR/BLS & First Aid Certification
Current two-step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance – within 1-year
